Art Psychotherapy
Art psychotherapy combines the healing power of creativity with the safety of a therapeutic relationship. You don’t need to be “good” at art—this process is about using materials like paint, collage, clay, or even simple mark-making as tools to explore your inner world.
Sometimes words don’t feel like enough (or are hard to find). Art gives us another way to express emotions, release what we’re carrying, and discover new insights about ourselves.
Together, we use a human-centred, relational, and somatic-based approach—meaning we pay attention not just to the mind, but also to the body, the nervous system, and the deeper parts of self. The art becomes a reflective space to connect with your whole self in a safe, supportive way.
Art psychotherapy can support children, teens, and adults in navigating life’s challenges, building resilience, and finding new ways of being with themselves and others.
